Data controller

Data collected

We only collect the data we need to handle your request:

  • Name, phone, email — to call you back and send you the quote.
  • Pickup/return branches, dates and chosen vehicle — to build the offer.
  • Any free notes you enter in the form.
  • Technical browsing data (IP, browser, referring page) collected only for aggregate statistical purposes and the security of our servers.

Purposes and legal basis

The data you provide is processed to:

  • Respond to your quote or contact request — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Fulfil tax and contractual obligations should the rental be signed — legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Retention

The data of an unsuccessful quote request is kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted.

The data of a rental contract is kept for the time required by tax and civil obligations (usually 10 years under art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).

Recipients and providers

Your data may be shared, solely for the purposes indicated above, with:

  • Resend — provider for sending transactional emails (quotes). Storage on EU/US servers with standard contractual clauses.
  • Hosting and site platform provider — only for the technical distribution of the pages.
  • Accounting firm and legal advisors, where required by law.
  • Competent authorities, in the event of a formal request.

All providers are appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights set out in articles 15-22 GDPR:

  • Access to your data
  • Rectification or erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing
  • Withdrawal of consent (where applicable)
